Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Specialist at Hankey Law Firm, LLC. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling client communication and intake, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client information. The Intake Specialist will work closely with the legal team to gather necessary information, answer client inquiries, and assist in the overall smooth functioning of the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must love speaking with people
• Experience in client intake and customer service
• Minimum of one year law firm experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to grasp and understand technology and software
• Experience in family law or a related field is a plus
• Minimum of Associate's degree in a relevant field or a Paralegal Certificate is preferred
