The ideal candidate has an eye for cleanliness, preventative maintenance, and safety and is able to communicate effectively with the staff.
- Performs Preventive Maintenance and Safety responsibilities.
- Responsible for keeping the cleanliness of the entire office space.
- Maintain and keep the office kitchen clean; washing dishes, taking out the trash, wiping down dining tables.
- Comfortable cleaning 3 office bathrooms on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Pays close attention to detail: wiping down glass doors, dusting, and keeps the office tidy at all times.
- Observes the condition of the office throughout the community and immediately report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions. Always maintains awareness of proper safety precautions.
- Can work at well with others.
- Professional at all times.
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
