The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Barnwell is currently seeking a Full-time Transportation Aide for our Rehabiliation Department. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Duties Include:
- Observing Residents
- Helping residents to and from appointments
- Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene
- Transporting Residents within the Facility
- Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data
Qualifications:
- The ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Solid moral character, patience and the appropriate attitude toward the geriatric population.
- Ability and willingness to follow the direction and learn new concepts and procedures.
