We are looking for a Baker to assist with the preparation of different types of bread. Baker responsibilities include mixing and shaping dough, assist with prep work, packing bread for wholesale customers.
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Mixing different types of bread doughs by hand and by industrial mixer
- Assist with shaping and prepping different bread types, like focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, etc.
Skills
- Experience as a Baker preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment and practices
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in early morning shifts and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
