Grow with us! Ocean State Longevity is a growing functional medicine practice currently specializing in hormone replacement and health and wellness. Located in downtown Providence, OSL prides itself on bringing a concierge-level of care to its current clients while looking to expand services and grow as a business. We are looking for the right person to grow with us. You must be highly motivated, self-driven with an ability to manage day to day operations/compliance while balancing patient scheduling, supporting the practitioner, triaging calls and responding to clinical tasks. Delivering sales growth and working with owner to expand business operations would be a bonus. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for serious career growth. Primary Role:
Schedule patients' office and procedure visit appointments and follow ups.
Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to triage high volume patient telephone calls
Greets patients and prepares them for physician consultation. Screens patients for appropriate information.
Maintains/reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
Records tests and examination results in the patients chart.
Instructs patients regarding medications and treatment instructions.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Responsible for financial goals of the practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.
Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing team through performance reviews and other methods.
Must be strong in sales and marketing. Those with prior experience with CRM/marketing platforms preferred. We make frequent follow ups via phone/emails etc.
Provide top notch customer service.
Supervise day-to-day operations.
Requirements:

Must be able to work some evenings
Must be able to generate and understand analytic reports
Must possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, critical thinking and be detail oriented.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Office and Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive is required.
Medical patient software such as CharmHealth is preferred.
