Ocean State Longevity is a growing functional medicine practice currently specializing in hormone replacement and health and wellness. Located in downtown Providence, OSL prides itself on bringing a concierge-level of care to its current clients while looking to expand services and grow as a business.
We are looking for the right person to grow with us. You must be highly motivated, self-driven with an ability to manage day to day operations/compliance while balancing patient scheduling, supporting the practitioner, triaging calls and responding to clinical tasks. Delivering sales growth and working with owner to expand business operations would be a bonus. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for serious career growth.
Primary Role:

• Schedule patients' office and procedure visit appointments and follow ups.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to triage high volume patient telephone calls
• Greets patients and prepares them for physician consultation. Screens patients for appropriate information.
• Maintains/reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
• Records tests and examination results in the patients chart.
• Responds to/refers incoming patient treatment-related phone calls, emails.
• Instructs patients regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Responsible for financial goals of the practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.
• Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing team through performance reviews and other methods.
• Must be strong in sales and marketing. Those with prior experience with CRM/marketing platforms preferred. We make frequent follow ups via phone/emails etc.
• Provide top notch customer service.
• Supervise day-to-day operations.

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Office and Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive is required.
• Medical patient software such as CharmHealth is preferred.
