We are seeking a General Manager for our Atlanta, GA headquarters. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the activities of our showroom, warehouse, and field services such as installations and warranty claims. This is a senior level executive position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our installation calendar: Coordinate with customers, assist our sales team and Dealers to sell complex installations, issue Work Orders to installers, and supervise progress. (Average 5 installs monthly)
• P&L responsibility for revenue and margin targets
• Warehouse operations: managing inventory of all products in the warehouse.
• Incoming and outgoing shipments. (Average 1 large inbound ocean container shipment monthly and 3-5 outbound truck shipments monthly)
• Resolve warehouse/install-related issues, reporting directly to the company owners
• Managing 3 full-time Direct Reports: (Hardware Coordinator), (Logistics Coordinator), (Field Technician). Number of direct reports could grow to as many as 5 over time.
• Managing 4-5 Current installation subcontractors. The number of subcontractors could grow to 10 over time.

• Minimum 7 years experience working with Windows & Doors
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience with AutoCAD and dwg files is a plus
• Leadership qualities
