The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Production Operator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Frederick, MD . Details for the position are as follows:

Title: Production Operator
Location: Frederick, MD 21703
Duration: 6 Months
Hourly Rate on W2: $22-25/hr.

Job Description:
The following summarize key result areas, specific accountabilities and / or tasks, etc. associated with this job title:
•Picks for production at FMC
•Picks / delivery for production at GPF
•General supply maintenance
•Non-GMP receiving
•Non-GMP deliveries
•Routine cleaning
•Material handling equipment and power equipment use (including forklift, power pallet jack, ride on jack, walk behind lift, bander, work from heights with order picker, etc...)
•Non-GMP and GMP material shipments (including hazmat)
•Management of LN2 cylinders
•Cycle counts
•Coordination of receiving dock
•Support OE/6S mind set
•Delivery for production at GPF
•Expired materials handling
•Support freeze/thaw activities
•Packaging and Shipment of BDS
•Packaging and Shipment of small parcel perishable materials
•Packaging and Shipment of raw material
•Work in cold rooms and freezers
Organization Skills:
Ability to prioritize work requirements, must be well organized and able to manage time efficiently, and must have a strong sense of responsibility.
Computer Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL, and Word a plus. Experience using SAP a plus.
Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. Complete all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent or High school diploma or GED
- 1-5 years' experience
Schedule:
Description: Four 10 Hour Shifts Plus Flex Shifts*
•Candidate schedule will be a rotating series of four 10-hour shifts plus additional flex shifts throughout the year
•This schedule consists of an average of four 10-hour days per week with varying days off in between each shift.
•The schedule is as follows:

4 4 6
•Candidate will work a one weekend a month
•Candidate will flex into more weekends per month as required by the manufacturing schedule
•15 to 20 weekends are expected annually
