Job Summary:

• • Service and sale different Personal Lines products such as Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, Personal Umbrellas, Personal Automobile, Recreational Vehicles, Boats, and Inland Marine.
  • Quoting in office and via phone for potential customers and remarket existing customers
  • Billing insurance premiums
  • Answer & direct phone calls
  • Process payments
  • Assist in claims process
  • Communication with underwriters
  • Submit policy changes
  • Review monthly expiration reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Property & Casualty Sub Agent’s License required or Property & Casualty Agent’s License preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

Work Experience:

• Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts.

Physical Demands:

• Mostly sitting, working on computer and answering phone.
• Lifting files, occasionally may lift packages we receive (max 10 lbs.)
