Easterseals Iowa is currently seeking an independently licensed clinician, (LISW, LMHC, LMFT), to join us as a Team Leader, Multisystemic Therapist, in our Brain Health Department.

This role will be responsible for developing the program, hiring and supervising a team of up to 8 clinicians, and working with MST Services to ensure the services are provided with fidelity to the model. MST is an evidence-based intensive treatment process, focused on supporting minors, 12-17 years of age, with significant behavioral and/or mental health concerns, resulting in involvement in multiple systems due to their high-risk behavior. They may be at risk for out of home placement. MST engages the client's entire system including family, school, peers, and supports. This will be a full time position, generally working regular hours Monday through Friday, though applicants do need the flexibility to work with clients during after-hours times. This position will also participate in an on call rotation.

Applicants must have 3 years or more of experience or independently licensed by June 2024. Individuals with past direct family therapy, and collaboration with community agencies with previous work in community and home based settings are preferred and urged to apply.

This position is salaried starting between $65,000- $80,000 per year, with opportunities for annual raises and bonuses, with preference given to those with experience in family service and/or community-based setting.

  As an added incentive, we're offering an $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, along with the opportunity to receive up to $20,000 in loan repayment. Your work will focus on collaborating closely with families, youth, their communities, and other key support systems to address problematic behaviors and mental health concerns in adolescents aged 12-17.

  To qualify, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Candidates must be licensed in Iowa or soon to be licensed as a LMSW, LISW, tLMHC, LMHC, tLMFT, or LMFT. You should also be willing to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours to meet client needs in the Central Iowa Region.
