Responsibilities:
* Perform quality routine nursing care to assigned patients; may include patients with G-Tubes, Trachs, Vents and CVLs.
* Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
* Perform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
* Communicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Comply with all policies and procedures, while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.
Schedules Available:
* Thursday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Friday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM and 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Saturday and Sunday: Open
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Valid RN nursing license in Texas.
* Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
* Two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
* Valid PPD skin test.
