Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintaining company vehicles
Maintaining Children and Program Supplies
Overlooking and maintaining residential activities
Helps maintain security in building, grounds, and other posts; intervenes during emergencies and crisis situations
Develop and implement successful intervention techniques
Supporting the Residential Manager with the preparation of monthly staff meetings
Assisting the Residential Manager with employee performance evaluations
Assist when needed with scheduling and ensuring coverage meets ration mandates
Serve as an additional day to day contact for residential counselors
Supervisory / managerial responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director
Ensures staff complies with agency policies
Requirements:
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid NYS driver's license, clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree, preferred, from an accredited college or university within one or a combination of the following: Counseling, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Social work
One or more years of work experience in a residential treatment program preferred
