A committed, focused, hardworking agent in this position can make $100,000 per year and complete 20 deals (after splits and anticipated expenses), and can exceed over $8,000,000 in production each year! The sky is the limit to earning potential!!

Responsibilities

• Attend & participate in all required training and meetings, and bring value to the meetings with your experiences!
• Work under the directive of a squad leader who will assist you on a daily basis with all aspects of your business
• Nurture relationships with clients to generate business
• Use the provided training to expand your network into various locations to grow your client base
• Meet with clients in person, build a relationship and assist them in the home purchase or sale process 
• Have local knowledge of your service areas to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
• Ability to keep up with client contact requirements using our provided systems
• Manage incoming leads provided by the team
• Facilitate open houses as necessary on both your own listings and listings handled by the team
• Primary duties include overall management of the sales pipeline
• Leverage your social media to grow your and the team's brand with the assistance of our Social Media Coordinator
• Be Resourceful! 
• Ability to deal with difficult situations and hard conversations

Qualifications

• Current Texas Real Estate License
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

• Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
