Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Interior Designer . As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for space planning, design concept, design drawings, specifications, and overseeing the overall design process. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp and Design Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Previous at least 10 years of experience in residential design is preferred
