To excel as a Maintenance Technician at The Bama Companies, proficiency in various technical areas is key. Successful candidates should be adept in at least five of the following skill sets and have a basic understanding of the others: automated equipment setup, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, AC inverters repair, DC controllers maintenance, as well as strong electrical skills.
