Coaching Special Education students!!!

Our Therapeutic Support Staff assists the teacher in the classroom by managing student behaviors and working with the students academically.Hours are 8:00-3:00 PM, Monday - Friday. $18 an hour to startwith credit given for relative work experience, credit for degrees, and driving a route for our Ready to Roll department. You can work up to 9 hours a day by assisting with the transportation of students which would put you into overtime before/ after school pickup and drop-offs. This is for our campus in Peoria, AZ. The support staff has the opportunity to coach our students at recess, P.E. class, and other recreational opportunities we have to offer!!!

Therapeutic Support Staff Salary & Benefit Information. Pay may be increased by $0.50/hr. upon presenting a Bachelor's degree and up to $1.00/hr. with a Substitute Certificate. After 1 year of employment, employees are encouraged to apply for their TSS Level 2. Obtaining Level 2 would increase pay an additional $0.50/hr. and include additional responsibilities.

Available benefits:

Beginning immediately- The ACES awards 1 hour of PTO/PST for every 30 hours worked per pay period. The Accrual of this time is shown on your paystubs.
