Job Summary:

As a Server Assistant at 315 Cuisine, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to support our service team in providing outstanding service to our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and are committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up the dining area before service, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and tables are set according to the restaurant's standards.
Work closely with servers to ensure efficient service by clearing tables, refilling water, and assisting with delivering food and beverages to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
Support the service team by handling additional guest requests and providing assistance as needed.
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating teamwork and respect for colleagues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
