Administrative Project Manager (Hybrid WFH)

Up to $75,000 per year to start plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in machine tool applications.

Once training is complete, you may have the opportunity to have 2 WFH days per week.

As Administrative Project Manager, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Learn to support project management operations
• Coordinate multiple customer project simultaneously
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Installation Teams
• Review, enter and process orders for new machinery
• Set project timelines and project budget
• Monitor open projects and track project deliverables
• Provide periodic status updates to customers and internal teams
• Arrange and schedule installations at customer job sites
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Close out completed project files
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Project Management / Project Manager experience
• Customer Service / Customer Support skills
• Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
• Experience with ANY Enterprise Resource Planning System/Software (ERP)
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• A Bachelor's Degree
