📋 Job Summary:
As the Director of the Emergency Services Department, you'll ensure high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include:
  • 🚑 Identifying and solving problems affecting the service.
  • 📢 Participating in hospital-wide committees and advancing the patient experience.
  • 👩 Coaching and mentoring subordinates.

🎯 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
  • 👩🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (required).
  • 🎓 Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 🏥 3 years of experience in emergency services.
  • 👥 3 years of leadership experience.
  • 📜 Current registered professional nurse license.
  • 🩺 ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications.
