Position Overview:

• Position Name: RN Cardiac Neuro Tele

• Shifts Available: Day & Night shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary: As an RN in our Cardiac Neuro Tele unit, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, from assessment to intervention and education. This 27-bed unit focuses on Med/Tele Neuro & Cardiac patients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred
• 2 years of recent RN acute care experience, including Telemetry and Cardiac experience
• Current Florida State RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

Benefits:
