📋 Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain quality of care per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee operational and capital budget goals.
• Collaborate with VP of Cardiac Services for effective CVOR and CVICU operations.
• Maintain clinical management competency and professional growth.

📚 Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
• Current RN licensure or temporary permit from the Board of Nurse Examiners for Texas.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prefer national certification in area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

• Min: $84,849
• Mid: $106,059 (10 years of experience)
• Max: $127,274 (20 years of experience)
• Pay is based on years of Experience
