🏥 Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool

• 💵 Salary: $62,400 per year - $115,440 per year.
• 🌟 Join Our Team: We are seeking dedicated RNs for our float pool, providing care across a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, and Critical Care.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🌙 Shifts Available: Full-time Nights, 7p to 7a, with rotating weekends.
• 🏥 Support multiple units, with the opportunity to move to Progressive and Critical Care after nine months.
• 💉 Utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• 🚑 Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; enrollment in BSN or advanced degree program required within 6 months if not already obtained.
• 📜 Current RN licensure by North Carolina Board of Nursing or by a Compact State.
• 🛡️ BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• 💼 Two years of experience in an Acute Care environment preferred; candidates with one year of solid experience will also be considered.
