1. Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic and medical/surgical patients in a 47-bed unit.
2. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
3. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with procedures as needed.
4. Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.
5. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
6. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 🩺 Current RN license and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• 🏥 Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• ⏳ 1 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred, but LTAC experience with assessment and IV skills will also be considered.
