About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our facility is renowned for providing comprehensive, high-quality medical care in a patient-focused environment. As an ER RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering emergency medical care to a diverse patient population.
???? Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients.
- Meeting the Standards of Practice for the Emergency Department (ED).
- Managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
- Participating in quality improvement activities.
- Performing triage assessments, venipunctures, and emergency interventions.
- Assuming charge responsibilities as needed.
???? Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in Emergency Services (ED) strongly preferred; however, candidates with 2 years of acute Med-Surg or ICU experience will be considered.
- Current Texas Licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
- BLS, ALS, and PALS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
- ENPC and TNCC within 6 months to 18 months of hire.
