We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience by managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage high volume phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients and other medical professionals.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Verify insurance information and process necessary paperwork.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
