Registered Nurse/RN III - Med Surg PRN Days

Work location: Texas Health Southlake - 1545 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092
Work hours: PRN "as needed" Days 7am-7pm with some weekends and holidays - This position does not include medical benefits
Med Surg Department Highlights:

Here's What You Need:
•Nursing Diploma required or
•Associate's degree in Nursing required or
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
•1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required
•Med Surg, Telemetry, skilled nursing facility, rehab, or other inpatient experience preferred
•Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
•BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire
•A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
