Responsibilities

• High volume express Lane department
• Provide exceptional service, addressing any questions or concerns of customers vehicle
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of express lane services
• Monitor and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry changes and participate in training and development programs as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Qualifications

• 1 years of Service Technician Experience
• GM Training Up to date PREFERRED
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certifications 
• Express Tech experience
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
