MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED.
2. Two years full-time, wage-earning general maintenance or construction
experience.

completion of a program from a trade or technical school accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA), by the United States Department of Education
(USDE), or by the National Center for Contstruction Education and
Research (NCCER) and one year full-time, wage-earning general maintenance
or construction experience
** or **
completion of an applicable program from a U.S. Military technical
training school and one year full-time, wage-earning general maintenance
or construction experience.
3. Experience in HVAC and/or Refrigeration preferred.
4. Experience int he supervision of inmates preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,949.03.**

**Maintenance Supervisor positions are eligible for a $5,000 Recruiting
Bonus. In order to receive the bonus, the employee must be full-time
and newly hired or scheduled to graduate from the Academy on or after
04/27/18.**
