Teslais looking for a Logistics Supervisor to support the EnergySpecialized Asset program. Candidates for this job have a strong eye fordetail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes,manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively withothers. We are looking for self-motivated team players interested increating an excellent customer experience coordinatingshipments delivering Tesla product from the warehouses to our customers'homes. Candidates must be collaborative and have extreme determination for usto build an advanced distribution network capable of scaling to support ourincreasing solar and storage installations.

• Drive on-time deliveries by streamliningprocesses within the logistics operations. Preparing required shippingdocumentation and system transactions
• Develop and maintain complex routing plans, including providing ad hocadjustments that require independent judgement and discretion
• Determine most cost effective and efficient means to transport goods toexpected requirements. Consistently track and monitor productivity goals andcommunicate areas of opportunity to the drivers to contribute to overallimprovement
• Manage regional drivers and respective fleet. Performs all other related duties as assigned
• Administrative support of employees via time keeping, performancereviews, and other applicable HR related policy needs
• Drive productivity through continuous improvement activities in bothbusiness processes and system solutions
• Maintain On-time Delivery metrics for the Hawaii and Puerto Rico EnergyOB Market. Coordinate with Fulfillment to ensure order availability &integrity is consistent as expected

• 2 years of experience in Logistics
• Understanding of DOT and hazardous materialscompliance
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
• Ability to travel upto 10% of the time
