GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads building maintenance projects to support all Terry Reilly Health Services (TR) properties. Leads in projects including but not limited to: HVAC, flooring, framing components electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, tenant improvement projects as needed. Utilizes blueprints/schematics in support of safety improvements and inspections.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* General understanding of building construction, electrical systems, roofing, security systems, grounds maintenance and methods for maintaining facilities and grounds in excellent condition.

* 4 years' experience with a variety of repair and maintenance skills and experience

* Valid Idaho Drivers' license and the ability to provide individual insurance coverage for vehicle.

* Able to climb onto roofs and to assist with furniture moving.

* Access to a vehicle for transporting miscellaneous supplies and removal of grounds debris to and from TR facilities.

* Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and physically able to do a significant amount of stooping, bending, and shoveling.

* Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
