**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Seat guests and manage reservations

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries

- Take guest information and manage the waitlist efficiently

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions promptly

**Experience:**

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems for order entry and processing

- Ability to assist and help guests with various needs

- Proficient in guest relations to ensure a positive experience

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus

- Experience in a hotel setting is beneficial

- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
