Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency and compliance within our organization.

Must have NY State Guard Card

Must have two years experience in management to include scheduling and payroll

Salary is based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, loss prevention techniques, surveillance methods, and conflict management strategies.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant emergency response training is preferred.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
