Those interested in trauma informed care, that value a collaborative environment where excellent training opportunities and room for growth need apply Provide effective and appropriate clinical intervention across all modalities of treatment.
Responsibilities Individual needs of persons served are addressed including assessment and evaluation, referral, follow-up services, individual, group, and family therapy. Clinicians shall provide program services in locations that meet the needs of the persons served including traditional offices, residence, and community resource sites.
FLEXIBILITY WITH SCHEDULE AND HYBRID OPTIONS
Competencies - Conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnosis and preliminary treatment plan:
- Written assessments include mental status examination, provisional multi-axial diagnosis, and preliminary treatment plan with recommendations for ongoing treatment.
- Provide individual, family and group therapy to assigned caseload:
- Perform treatment planning and review of client progress.
- Progress notes address treatment goals and objectives and changes in mental health status.
- Medical record contains progress notes within 24 hours for each face to face contact, telephone calls, and collateral contacts.
- Provide case management
- Discharge planning and termination
Qualifications - Education Master's Degree in Social Work or mental health counseling
- Clinical licensure as LAC, LSW, LPC and LCSW
- Substance Abuse certification, Trauma certification and Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
