Job Title: Dental Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

BOSS is seeking a dynamic and innovative Dental Marketing Coordinator to serve as our "feet in the street." With a solid background in sales and marketing, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing relationships that contribute to the practice's growth. This role demands creativity, accountability, and a proactive approach to managing and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forge and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and manage the Buckhead Study Club.

- Develop and implement a quarterly marketing plan, focusing on connecting with and visiting referring dentists.

- Plan and coordinate events, including office lunches and referral parties, to promote BOSS.

- Lead email marketing campaigns and manage content creation for social media, ensuring brand consistency.

- Order and manage marketing materials and "swag," keeping an eye on the latest trends within the oral surgery and Atlanta dental community.

- Utilize graphic design software, such as Canva, for creating marketing materials.

- **Newly Added:** Grow BOSS's social media presence through strategic content creation, batching content for efficiency, and engaging with our community.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a strong background in digital and email marketing.

- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media accounts effectively, with expertise in batching content to maximize engagement and consistency.

- Experience in event coordination and relationship management.

- High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the healthcare or dental industry is preferred.

- Excellent creativity, communication, and team collaboration abilities.

Hours and Growth Opportunity:

- The position is part-time: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

- There is potential for this role to become full-time based on performance and the practice's growth.
