• Uphold the Vibrant facilities image by performing basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, cleaning common and staff spaces, restroom restocks, etc.
• Complete minor repairs and building improvements
• Address facilities inquires with helpful information
• Maintain a professional image at all times
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean and organized
• Report and safety concerns or violations to Facilities Director
• Ability to lift at least 40-50 lbs.
• Help with the restocking of facility supplies based on program need

Qualifications:

• Porter or relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED-TASC diploma)
• Able to work a flexible schedule including late evenings and weekends
• Must be reliable and professional
• Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to work well managing multiple tasks and requests

• Valid Driver's License
• Any trade certifications or trainings
• Experience painting, installing items on walls and building furniture from instructions
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• Mostly active work, where you can be on your feet for multiple hours without sitting
• Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
• Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
