- Assist the CFO in all aspects of managing and accounting department.
- This position will be involved heavily in the day to day.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in the month end close.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong variance analysis.
- Assist in cost accounting - track by job for each custom packaging run - job costing - overhead rates & Labor rates.
- Assist in monitoring the construction of the new manufacturing facility.
- Manage cash flow and monitor debt.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable, accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in Accounting
- CPA a plus
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong Excel Skills - Pivot Tables / V-Lookups
