Summary
Temple Emanu-El's Early Childhood Education Program of Westfield is seeking Head Teachers for the 2024-25 school year for ages 2-4. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-4:30 (some flexibility). Must have a Bachelor's degree in Education or be a licensed certified teacher.

Duties

• Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing daily activities
• Ongoing communication with families
• Collaborate with colleagues on a regular basis
• attend professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or licensed certified teacher
• A love for young children
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• A strong understanding of child development
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1-2 years Head Teacher experience
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
