Looking for Engineering manager for front end development team

Tech Stack- React, JavaScript, Typescript. Next.js, AWS

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, specifically managing frontend engineering teams for the website hosted in AWS using React and Next.js.

• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js etc.

• Solid understanding of AWS services and infrastructure, particularly for web applications.

• Experience with frontend performance optimization, responsive design, and user experience best practices.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with Content Management Systems
