Please note: This is a part-time position; roughly 5-15 hours a week. FULLY REMOTE - On Call.
Max Bill Rate: ***/hour

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
o Extensive Experience and Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Features and Support.
o Knowledge of coding, specifically with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
o Experienced in production support and problem solving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Service Cloud Integrations.
o Be able to work directly with business/production owners on priorities and balancing work loads.
o Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simply explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. For virtual interviews, please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
This is a part-time position working approximately 5-15 hours a week for 6 months. Potential room for growth. The position is "on call" and the candidate will need to be available when needed by the team.
