The salary range for this position is $70,000 - 95,000 USD annually.

Reporting to our Sr. Production Director, we are looking for an accomplished Post Producer with a background in an agency and experience handling post-production for major brands. You will work with creative teams, editors, and integrated producers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. Experience in shoot production is a bonus. You are a creative thinker who excels in a collaborative environment, delivering assets for several social platforms. You're someone who enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends in content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the post-production process for multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative directors, editors/animators, and other team members to develop and execute post-production plans.
• Manage the post-production workflow, including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to achieve project goals.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure all projects follow brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments to stay on track.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or creative issues that arise during the post-production process.
• Perform quality assurance (QC) checks to ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards.
• Monitor legal watch-outs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including copyright, trademarks, and advertising standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and latest technologies to improve post-production practice.
