Team Select Home Care is looking for Attendants to join our Team Select family. The Attendant is a person who is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of care to the IHSS client in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of qualified Agency personnel/Agencys Licensed Health Care Professional.

• Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
• Understands and promotes client rights.
• Performs client services in accordance with the plan of care and Agency policy.
• Completes appropriate service notes completely, accurately and in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
• Reports changes in the clients condition and needs to the supervisor.
• Participates in all required orientation, training, competency and in-service programs as scheduled and necessary per Agency policy.
• Is available for and participates in the supervisory visits per Agency direction.
• Participates in coordination of client care, as required.
