Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Land Surveyor/Crew Chief in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in estimating and proposal writing.
• Maintain regular client contact to address project needs
• Manage survey projects efficiently.
• Monitor and uphold project budgets.
• Coordinate project requirements with team members.
• Conduct construction stakeouts and calculations.
• Perform boundary, ALTA, and topo surveys.
• Integrate field data and records into completed plans, plats, drawings, and records.
• Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Requirements

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• Proficient knowledge of Carlson Software and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
