Gynecological Oncologist Position in Ft Lauderdale, FL
Ft Lauderdale, FL location. Employed position for Gynecological Oncologist. Client will start up a practice for the incoming physician. There is a definite need for this specialty in the area. Client's Multispecialty group is comprised of 70 physicians. This opportunity will allow a Gyn/Onc to join a full team of medical and surgical oncologists. The practice will be a combination of office and hospital based patients. Responsibilities include direct patient care, participation in clinical trials, night and weekend call, and possible teaching of medical students and interns. There is plenty of opportunity for the physician to perform all areas of this type of medical procedures and the ability to provide care in a multi-disciplinary setting. The cancer program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, National Program for Breast Centers, and is designated as an Advanced Center for Palliative Care.
Candidates should have a Medical Degree from an accredited medical school and graduated from an accredited residency program. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible and hold a valid unrestricted Florida license.
