Primary duties include but are not limited to: Administration of Time tracking and Payroll entries Monthly insurance tracking and reconciliation of entries Staff allocations (FTEs)

Expenditure reviews and corrections External and internal journal entries Records retention and destruction

Back-up to Administration/Reception Staff New Staff enrollment/orientation

Meeting Minutes/Attendance Tracking

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED

1-2 years of experience in payroll entry/accounting required

Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel/Access Programs required Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Office 365 Programs preferred Working knowledge of Abila MIP or similar Accounting Software required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. -4:30p.m. Salary Grade: 12

Rate: $18.22
