- Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture.
- The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.
- Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
- Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
- Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
- Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
- Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
- Provide industry leading technical expertise with Salesforce.
- Help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise.
- Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team
- Manages customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall architecture design.
- Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.
- Guides customer through solution deployment.
- Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Creating Technical requirements as an input to Salesforce solution design.
- Provide guidance to clients on leading IT and Salesforce practices.
- Assist technical leads in perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.
- Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.
- Associate with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and Architecture experience responsible for the following effort
- Plan and monitor technical consideration activities of the project.
- Perform health check for each org and assess orgs.
- Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security.
- Prepare Salesforce Config workbook detailing customizations and configurations or org.
- Support the Project Manager in defining overall solution and strategy and document.
Poistion-2Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Expertise :
- Leverage your 13 years of IT experience and at least 10 Years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development.
- 3 Years of Experience as an Architect in implementing solutions
- Successfully complete at least 3 Salesforce implementations .
- Capture system-level requirements by collaborating with business leaders and product owners.
- Evaluate new features of the Salesforce platform and actively participate in making key architecture and design decisions.
- Certifications and Technical Skills :
- Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com Application Architect or System Architect, in addition to Platform App Builder and Platform Developer II.
- Proficiently use the Salesforce developer toolkit , including Apex Classes , Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Aura, LWC, Migration Tool , Web Services, Data Mapping, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX.
- Be well-versed in asynchronous Apex and integrations.

Domain Knowledge :
- Familiarity with Lightning flows , and experience with Omni Studio and Vlocity (Must).
- Exposure to Service Cloud , Call Center Implementation, CTI, and Omnichannel (Must) .
- Salesforce Ecosystem :
- Possess good knowledge of different Salesforce products, industries, and clouds.
- Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud , including Journey Builder , Web Studio , Email Studio, and Social Studio.
- Integration and DevOps :
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integration for connecting third-party applications with Salesforce.
- Understand DevOps processes and tools like Bitbucket , Jenkins , GitHub , and CI/CD deployments .
- Knowledge of tools like OwnBackup , Workato , DupeBlocker , and Heroku Platform (desirable).
- Data Handling :
- Ability to manage bulk data during data migration using Apex Data Loader .
- Communication and Collaboration :
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills .
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment with varying skill set levels.
