1) Experience in SiteMinder, Okta. Product certification preferred, Experience in a technology/financial services environment, Client Focus, Strategic agility, Priority setting, Product Support sense;

2) IT Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, SLA, audit requirements

3) Proficient in Microsoft office products

4) Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation;

5) Strong verbal and written communications skills, Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, Critical-thinking skills with the ability to problem solve,

6) Professional experience working with multiple projects with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties in a technical environment, ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and handle high-visibility outage situations

7) Understanding of Middleware, Web services, APIs, FTP, data query, data security, Disaster Recovery and business continuity
