Job Details
Currently they are in growth mode and looking to add a Senior Project Manager with 5 years of project management experience specifically on high-end custom homes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and superintendents
- Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications
- Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are followed and completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines
- Determine and manage manpower, equipment resources, and rough/finished products from start to finish while maintaining attention to the budgetary limitations
- Evaluate construction progress and prepare detailed reports for senior project managers, company owners, and clients
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
- Real-time documentation and communication of all project scope changes including updating the budget
- 5 years of experience in project management within the high-end residential market
- Knowledge of all construction trades, engineering, architectural principles, and civil engineering
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction management software
- High School diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree is a plus!
- Clean driving record
- Being bilingual is a plus!
