Prominent national law firm is in need of a Litigation Legal Secretary for the Houston office. The firm will off a generous base salary and hybrid work schedule.
The Legal Secretary will:
- Prepare and format legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, and other legal correspondence
- Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates
- Conduct legal research and compile data for cases
- Assist in trial preparation and organize trial exhibits
- Manage attorney time entry and billing processes
- Handle state federal e-filing
