  • Delaware - New Castle County: Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Bear, Delaware City, New Castle, and Townsend
  • Delaware - Kent/Sussex County: Dover, Smyrna, Milford, Seaford, and Rehoboth Beach
  • Maryland State (Easter Shore Counties & Cities): Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, Worcester, Salisbury, Easton, Cambridge, and Ocean City,
  • Cecil County, Maryland: Elkton, Perryville, Woodlawn, Cherry Hill, and Chesapeake City
  • Harford County, Maryland: Aberdeen, Bel Air, Havre de Grace, Edgewood, and Fallston
  • Prince George’s County, Maryland: College Park, Bowie, Fort Washington, Upper Marlboro, and Temple Hills
  • Virginia (Nova): Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, Fairfax, Ashburn, Springfield, Woodbridge, Manassas, and Stafford
  • Virginia (Central VA): Richmond, Williamsburg, and Fredericksburg (North)
  • Virginia (Hampton Roads): Newport News. Hampton, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach (West)

You can pick one or many locations/territories. You will have the flexibility to work in one or all the locations.

The Business Broker role acts as the intermediary during either the sale or purchase of a business, managing the entire deal process, and all parties involved. Our office, in particular, focuses on the main street to the lower middle market, helping multiple businesses through these transactions each year. As our team grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small businesses in Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. We are currently expanding our operations in the Delmarva Peninsula

The small business sale market has never been better! In our local market alone, there are approximately 8,400 businesses available for sale annually, which creates a market of potential commissions for business brokers equal to $209 million every year!

Overview of Day-to-Day:

  • Supporting small to medium-sized businesses through a buy or sale transaction
  • Marketing of business opportunities for sale
  • Negotiation and deal structuring
  • Management of due diligence

Experience Required

  • At least two years of experience in a professional business-to-business sale required
  • Graduate from an accredited business school or similar education or similar business experience
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation

This is a full-time commission-only role with a pay range of up to $1,000,000!
