Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. All-Source Analyst with experience in deriving analytical insights from a variety of sources with the goal of developing opportunities to actualize our DoD customer objectives. The ideal candidate will be part of a larger multi-INT fused team working to solve complex technical problems and will possess an intrinsic desire to support the success of the whole team. The position requires a tenacious and disciplined analyst capable of balancing the requirements of long-term (1 year) project efforts with occasional short-timeframe requests for support. The ideal candidate will be entrusted to serve as the face of our organization during technical exchanges with external customers and various stakeholders. This is an on-site position located in Charlottesville, Virginia with an expectation of both regional and national travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned projects’ focus areas. You’ll take ownership of and expertly communicate the complexities of your research plans to unfamiliar audiences in both written and oral formats.
  • Working closely with other members of your team, you will identify and exploit overlooked, buried, or omitted technical information gleaned through both classified and unclassified collection disciplines. This includes performing data mining, OSINT research, nodal analysis, and GEOINT analysis, and practice of other disciplines.
  • Document, coalesce, and present your findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders when asked.
  • Drive our collection enterprise by developing novel or innovative approaches to answer our intelligence gaps. You will readily share, receive, and implement tradecraft techniques with your teammates.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with a willingness to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  • The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience or 12 years experience in lieu of a degree.
  • A developed understanding of intelligence-related databases, toolsets, and systems.
  • A track record of applying analytical best practices to complex problems in undefined environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python, GIS analytical tools (ArcGIS, QGIS), and OSINT collection tools.
  • Intelligence analysis experience on a fusion team focused on national and strategic objectives.
  • Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
  • Prior experience working with SOF and IC partners.
  • Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.
