Duties and Functions: - Answering inbound phone calls and responding to online inquiries. - Generating more business for the Dealership through Email blasts. - Schedule appointments. Confirm scheduled appointments. Reschedule "No-shows." - Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products and services. - Organize call lists and track results. - Log all outbound customer contact. - Gather accurate information for traffic logs and customer databases. Log customer details and comments in our system(s). - Maintain contact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services. - Greet/acknowledge all service customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Overlook service lounge and refreshments counter to ensure it is stocked and neat. - Ensure up-to-date customer information is confirmed and collected at check-out, including current email address, home address, cell, home and work phone numbers. - support the cashier booth and rental if needed - Understand and comply with all policies in the Employee Handbook, including time clock and meal and rest period policies - Keep and maintain clean offices and working environment.
